How do I determine the warranty period?
The warranty period begins on the purchase date and lasts for two years.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects and malfunctions. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse.
How long does it take for a product to be shipped?
Once the order is placed, the product will be shipped within 4 weeks.
Which lamps have a replaceable LED?
The collections: D01, D02, and Equilibrio feature an LED that can be replaced with original spare parts. Stilla Wall and Braccio have interchangeable LED bulbs. Stoccolma and Ali di Luce products, have a light sources that can be replaced with a new light source.
How many light sources can the D02 Pendant have?
You can purchase the D02P with 4, 6, or 8 light sources. If you need a different configuration, please contact us for further assistance.
Can the Stoccolma lamp have more than one light source?
No, Stoccolma can have only one light source.
Can the D02P product be installed with a wall canopy?
Yes, the D02P chandelier can be powered from the wall (like a regular wall lamp), and it is possible to design the structure to extend from the wall to the ceiling.
